I am looking forward to it. Last week's Bryce themed one was my least favorite so far. This week's looked better from the preview.
I have mixed feelings about the Byce storyline.
I do not like the cancer aspect of it at all, but i did like the introduction of the new girl, so hopefully things will turn around and it can build off that in tonights episode
Michael Ealy was on. That man is so fine!
I want Lloyd and Olivia to get together so badly. They are so cute together and I love how their kids interact with each other.
They were so great together in this episode although it kind of came out of nowhere since Olivia been trying her hardest to stay away from him.
I didn't really care for the Bryce thing either but I thought it was cute that his dream girl is in the same city as him. But I think he and the nanny have lots of chemistry.
So sad that Dem's woman realized that she wasn't at their wedding but his funeral. I couldn't believe that. that was surprising.

It will be interesting to see what drives Mark to shoot Demetri. It should be something big since Mark is so hell bent on not letting the future happen.
It was a good episode. Mark's screw protocol attitude was enjoyable. To me it seemed like he didn't believe Stan when he said that the text to Olivia hadn't come from him. So he was just trying to tick him off at the same time. Don't know how they thought they would just go to Hong Kong and find the mystery lady. There seems to be a theme with restaurants being the place where you can just find a random person. It suprised me that it was decorated for Christmas too. I didn't think that would be acceptable in China. But I don't know how that all works. Mark wasn't super smart in grabbing the lady either but he wasn't just going to go home with nothing. His protecting Demitri was cool too. I wonder why he didn't just go chuck his gun into the ocean or something. Wouldn't that make it less possible for it to be a murder weapon.
I didn't understand Olivia's sudden care for Lloyd at all either. So he said he might have caused the black out? Now you like him? I don't want them to get together though and the kids are the worst characters for me. Seriously they didn't even ask Dylan or Charlie why they knew each other. They don't ask them anything and it annoys me. But I can see some chemistry between Olivia and Lloyd.
Don't understand why Nicole isn't looking through every possible database at Mark's disposal to try to find the guy she sees killing her. She seems to just be obsessed with Bryce now. The guy killing her saw himself doing it so why wouldn't he be trying to take care of her before she finds him? The same for Simon and the guy he sees himself killing. It would make sense for that guy to see Simon on TV and think, hmm, I probably should go kill him before he comes to kill me.
Zoe realizing it was a funeral was super sad. Demitri's mom was played by Elizabeth Sung, formerly Luan Abbott on Y&R. She was on an episode of the Forgotten earlier this year too. Anyways, it was so sad for her to talk with Zoe and telling her how they know now that she should be with her son.
Simon working with the FBI isn't my favorite. They should be able to find a witness to talk to about what happened in Somalia. That bugs me that they haven't done that yet.
Nicole, that's her name. I don't understand either why she isn't using Mark as much as possible to find the guy trying to kill her. Instead she's trying to change her life and do good things. I really don't see how that can stop her from getting murdered. She thinks she did something awful for that guy to kill her because she said it felt like she deserved it. I don't know. But it is confusing why she doesn't try looking for the guy instead of thinking about Bryce.
I also don't understand why they never asked those kids how they know each other. I guess when the parents seen them so cool on the couch that day, everyone figured it out. Also how come Mark hasn't asked his daughter why she said D Gibbons is a bad man. I don't recall him ever asking her why she said that.
I don't think Mark kills Dem himself. I think someone uses his gun. I don't recall that woman actually saying she actually saw Mark kill Dem. She just remembered the gun and the serial number.
Also another thing. Dem dies in March but they don't have his funeral until April 29?
I was also wondering why no one interviewed that cute little African boy with the scar about all the crows dying like that. Well that boy is now a man now with a scar.
I also wonder since Mark got fired, is he going to start investigating independently? Of is he just going to get rehired. Because he was in his office in his flashback.
I'm writing a lot of also(
but I also wonder who sent Olivia that text. he thinks his sponsor did it and I thought he did too but that text was sent just when he told his boss that he was drinking in his flashback. So maybe someone from the bar overheard him and sent her that text. I would think there was a spy in that bar since they got shot at that night.
Yes, the asking Charlie about why D.Gibbons is a bad man is what I want to see. I agree about Mark not shooting Demitri too, the gun was the focus. Now that he doesn't have his gun anymore means someone else would have it. They should get rid of it.
From the beginning, I thought that Nicole's line on the stairs with Mark about God punishing them was meaning they would have an affair or something. Part of me now thinks that it is because Nicole does something to keep Bryce away from Keiko. But I also still would not be shocked if an out of work, drunk Mark would hook up with her if she felt rejected by Bryce or something. Mark could be a little frustrated that Dylan (who I suspect will now live with Olivia) and Lloyd's missing status would monopolize all of Olivia's time. Then he would start drinking, get with Nicole, and then Olivia would find out and just decide to try it out with Lloyd. There are just so many things that could happen.
My thought had been that Stan Wedek? (Mark's boss) had sent Olivia the text. However, if Mark didn't tell him that he had not told his wife yet it wouldn't really cross someone's mind to assume he hadn't. Aaron might have been the only one who knew that Olivia did not know about it. But I really didn't think he would have sent it. The show is just fun for me to think about. I'm sad that there won't be a new episode till March. Guess with holidays and Olympics it gets pushed back.
Just watched it, WHY???? WHY OH WHY are they making me wait until march for this series to come back???? Do they hate me that much????
Anyways it was a pretty good fall finale, it left me wanting more so i guess it worked lol.
I just watched the most recent episode of FlashForward and boy it was good. i'm almost a little sad to know it won't be back until March. The series is really high stakes, but sometimes I wonder if the show's chessboard of characters is to big for them to keep track of them all.
My question is: Do you think the future can really be changed?
Based onn the series so far I'm leaning towards it not being able to...It seems like even if one person does something to prevent something it still happens, but by using a different path to get the same result.
It is sad that we have to wait till March
There does seem to be a lot of people for them to keep up with. A few less would still be a good show.
My theory is that they can change the future. But can they only do it by dying or killing? It would be cool if they could change it but then it would be interesting to see how they got to the point of their flash also.
I think it is taking the Doctor Who aproach to the 'time line' certain things are set in stone, they HAVE to happen and no matter what you do they will always playout the same way in the end.
I do think the cast is big, but I think they can handle it. Do you think the show would/could have been better if it had a "LOST" style of story telling to it and focused on one person's FF per episode?
I've never watched Lost so I don't have that comparison. I think to start they wouldn't have been able to do one at a time. Now they probably could because each flash has more than one character in it. Not sure I would like it better though. Depends on whose flash they were featuring.
I've never watched Lost either, but I agree that this show has a big cast. I came to this site to find out if Ashley Jones was going to be back on the show. She was Camille in the train with
Dominc Monaghan. Curious. She's on another show I watch.
But, again, we're talking about a big cast. I did read she was returning, though.
I really liked the show and actually I thought it could be a replacement for LOST... I think FlashForward had a great storyline and it could become one of those famous TV shows if people had supported it a little...
