Dancing With the Stars is mixing things up. In an attempt to avoid injuries that have plagued previous season contestants, the show has decided to limit the stars to five hours of training per day. TV Guide Magazine published the following comment by DWTS executive producer Conrad Green.

“You shouldn’t really train more than about three hours,” says executive producer Conrad Green, who called upon medical experts for advice before re-jiggering the rules. “What happens is that when your muscles get tired, they get less good at protecting your joints.”
