The CW's Fall Preview to Air Before Daytime Emmy Coverage


The TV Squad is reporting that The CW has scheduled their fall preview special to air immediately before the red carpet coverage of the 36th Annual Daytime Emmy Awards. If you are looking forward to the return of returning shows such as Gossip Girl or want to take a closer look at a new show like Vampire Diaries  (watch the webisode here) this would be the perfect opportunity. Fox Tweaks Fall Premieres, Glee Debuts Earlier

Fox is doing a bit of tweaking to its original fall premiere schedule. So You Think You Can Dance and Glee will both premiere a week earlier, while Til Death and Brothers have both been pushed back. Check out the new Glee video above and Fox's updated premiere dates after the jump.

NBC Releases Fall Premiere Schedule


Are you ready for some Jay Leno? Prepare yourself, The Jay Leno Show's five night a week schedule kicks off on September 14. The Biggest Loser returns to NBC on September 15.  Heroes fans will have to be a bit more patient. It doesn't return until Monday, September 21.

The CW Releases Fall Premiere Dates


The CW released its fall schedule, revealing that Gossip Girl and One Tree Hill will be trading time slots when they return on September 14. The new Melrose Place premieres on September 8. Also, anyone interested in Vampire Diaries expect to experience DVR scheduling conflicts. Thursday nights are getting even more competitive.

Grey's Anatomy fans will have to wait until September 24 to learn what happened to Izzie and George. Missing from the premiere list are Brothers & Sisters, Private Practice and Eastwick.
